Bill Ward, our CEO, started the company with the idea that we could make better software for the community development industry by simply listening to our customers and using technology to empower the process. Meet the rest of the team to learn how we execute on Bill’s vision . . .

SALES

This exceptional, solution focused group is committed to the customer and maintains 99% customer satisfaction ratings for product knowledge, friendliness, and overall performance. Dan Kenney heads this team, supported by key players Joel Edwards, Jeremiah Smith, Maks Ewendt, Ed Carroll, and Bill Bernath. Their broad base of knowledge covers everything from best practices for development departments to change management - they know their stuff!

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Exceptional customer care is at the core of everything BluePrince. Our outstanding customer care team is led by Brandi Honeycutt, Vashti Hamden, and Amy Brim. They ensure that from day one, each and every customer has a positive experience.

DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION and SUPPORT

Affectionately known as "The Red Carpet Crew,” these teams treat our customers like royalty. Colleen Queeney leads these detail oriented, product and development experts. Key implementation staff include Craig Fedkenheuer (a.k.a. "CFed"), Laurie Kreimer, and Jordan Mitchell. Support team leaders are the always beloved Alan Frazier, Mike Venable, and Jon Anders. The development team is led by Noah Miller and Sam Daniels. These teams were the first in the industry to take real-time mobile technology into the field, offer multi-jurisdictional online contractor tools, introduce easy drag-and-drop form designing, develop a statewide reporting engine, create a universal development department data engine, and we continue to redefine the boundaries of our industry. The teams know how to work hard and play hard, from complicated property imports to cheering wildly at NASCAR races. Our customers describe these teams best: "extremely helpful" and "awesome in every way."

MARKETING

We see marketing as outreach to our customers and all those involved in community development field. Lorrie Barnwell and her ace team headed by Megan Morlok, coordinate training seminars, publish the BlueReview and various e-newsletters, and provide conference and sales support.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

If you want to know who is obsessed with "what we can do for our customers next," it's these guys. Always leaning forward, this team is headed by Holly Tachovsky, with project management from Joe Emison, Alex Alford, Sefton Patton, and Abbie Emison. This team spearheads new initiatives and is responsible for BluePrince Offline and BuildingDepartment.com, as well as key industry partnerships. Team members also offer area specific knowledge, such as planning expertise, system architecture, information design, and industry best practices.

FINANCE
