Led by Nathan Moore, Vice President of Sales, this exceptional, solution focused group is committed to the customer and maintains 98% customer satisfaction ratings for product knowledge, friendliness, and overall performance. Their broad base of knowledge covers everything from best practices for development departments to change management. BluePrince also has regional offices in California and Texas.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Exceptional customer care is at the core of everything BluePrince. Amy Brim leads an outstanding customer care team that ensures from day one, each and every customer has a positive experience.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Joel Edwards, Vice President of Product Development, oversees the direction of the BluePrince product. By engaging our current customer base and keeping up with trends in our industry, Joel is guiding force of BluePrince.
DEVELOPMENT
The development team, led by Balyn Runnels, continues to redefine boundaries within the community development software industry.
IMPLEMENTATION and SUPPORT

MARKETING
We see marketing as outreach to our customers and all those involved in the community development field. The marketing team coordinates training seminars, publishes various e-newsletters, and provides sales support.
